Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with SALLY Beauty Official. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or personal care products.

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless they are defective or incorrect).

  • Gift cards or digital products.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was sent. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
